At Phytovitality AG in Weiningen, Switzerland, we have been instrumental in developing one of Europe’s largest CBD cannabis flower production facilities, covering over 10,000 m². Our mission: to ensure consistently high-quality production for both medical and recreational markets and to achieve the prestigious SwissMedic certification for THC cannabis production.
From 2004 to 2012, we helped transform the Finca Boyal greenhouse operation in Spain into a modern, efficient, and certified producer for the European market. Originally built in the late 1990s by Belgian investors, the 9.75-hectare site faced major regulatory and operational challenges. We joined during the critical restart phase, working closely with the new owners, Scherpenhuizen B.V., to rebuild and rebrand the company under the name Finca Boyal S.L.
In 2012, we partnered with Voluyt, a Dutch consulting firm specializing in operational excellence and Lean Management, to enhance labor efficiency at Red Star—one of the Netherlands' leading cherry tomato producers operating across six locations.
